Product Review Requirement: As part of the application process for the Glenshiel Fair 2025, vendors may be required to submit a sample of their product for review. Samples must be delivered to Glenshiel by the specified deadline. This process helps ensure quality, alignment with the Fair’s standards, and a diverse selection of offerings. Further details, including submission deadlines and return procedures (if applicable), will be communicated upon request.

Booking Terms and Conditions*

The application process will be open from 20 April 2026 until 20 May 2026. Applications submitted after 30 May shall not be considered. Successful applicants shall be notified by no later than 30 May 2026, and successful late applicants shall be notified by no later than 31 July 2026. Applications will be considered based on several factors including: the quality, variety and complimentary nature of products to be oﬀered by the exhibitors and vendors at the Fair. The Order reserves the right to refuse applications by Exhibitors and Vendors and shall furnish reasons at its discretion and election.
