About Glenshiel

Referred to as the ‘Jewel of Westcliff’, Glenshiel rises from its rocky foundations atop the Westcliff Ridge in Johannesburg.  Surrounded by seven acres of beautiful gardens, with meandering pathways and spectacular views, it truly is a hidden gem.

Once home to both the Dalrymple family and later the Haggie family, Glenshiel is now the head office of the Order of St John, an international non-profit organisation specialising in First Aid, Eye Care and Community Health work.
